How to create dynamic disks using CLI in Windows 8.1

"convert dynamic" is failing and my specific need is that I have to create dynamic disks as part of testing.
Whats the command in 8.1 for this??

Or is this unsupported in 8.1??

Any pointers will be highly appreciated
