Can't save a change to first start up drive... I have done this many times in W7 without issue, trying to make USB the first place to look for start up instructions.
It appears that I can get the USB is first place and save changes but USB which is bootable is ignored and when I go back to look at the first start up drive it has changed itself back to original.
To clarify, I reboot the laptop and press F2, to make the USB the first place the OS looks for boot instructions.
