Hello,I am going through a quite annoying problem here. Earlier today I took my hard drive out of my computer and put in into another computer, to move some files that were too large to slap on a flashdrive. When I put the hard drive back into the original computer, everything booted up okay, normal, but some of my programs were giving me problems. Like for instance, with my word processor, It couldnt work because it couldnt load the default document template. Thats not the problem, however. After all of that, I noticed action center had a message for me, that I needed to 'repair my drive' or something like that (I cant remember), and I thought 'Okay, maybe there is a problem, and I could quickily 'rid of it..', so I let it do its thing. The computer rebooted, *no picture* (My graphics card doesnt show anything until it is time to log into windows). It was taking a little while, and I thought that something may be going on that I cant just see, since my graphics card does not pick up on the early phase of a booting. So I let it be, grabbed a shower, got something to eat. Then, I come back a great deal of time later, still no picture. I was worried, my keyboards 'num lock' light wasnt on like it normaly was and the red laser from underneith the mouse wasnt on. I shut it down, pulled graphics card off of the 'board, switched to integrated graphics, then booted up again. I noted that the comptuer held a little while at the screen with 'Press DEL to enter BIOS'. When, windows splash screen came up... then text under the spinning circle that said something like 'Repar C: 100%' that proabaly wasnt exactly what it said, I only got a glimpse before it cut away to a blank screen. The screen was blank, and all I could see was my monitor's backlight was on. Then, the screen turned light blue, with scrambled white characters (It was disorted, so I couldnt tell what it was). I am sure it was not a BSOD, because I recall the BSOD having a darker shading of blue than that. Then something real freaky happened. The computer shut the whole way down, and restarted, but the fans were off, even when the image came in of my 'Press DEL to enter BIOS' screen. It took 'em like ten or so seconds to come back on. After that, I get back to the blank screen with the monitor's backlight. After rebooting, I tried inserting the repair disc, but the only option I see with that is refreshing, and refreshing is worse than having a problem to start with. So, now I am stuck at this blank screen, now for 40 minutes. Is there a way I can solve this without needing to refresh the pc? I am starting to come down with some sickness, and this isnt the kind of thing I want to be dealing with right now. Also, the power button wont shut it off, and I dont want to leave it run all night.Any help will be appreciated
