Trying to minimize computer acces to clients

Hi I design software for clients, I need a way to have my software to be the only thing accessible on that computer.
No task bar no icons, no way to go online.....
Can anybody give me hints. I found software online that does help control access to multiple computer functions but, these software are not Windows 8 Compatible.

However your users could still use CTRL ALT DLT to get to task manager....

What are you trying to do here? Is it for specific users or it is an embedded device or what?

It would be easier if you could explain what your goal is - whether booting the PC takes you to your application only with no way of exiting it or if you had something else in mind.
