Windows 8.1 colour

Hello Everybody, i recently had a issue with the colour of my taskbar. I want to change mine but it said "there was a problem loading preset colour. please help

If new user account fixes this, then you can check for any third party app that can cause this issue in your main profile.
You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "Clean Boot." A Clean Boot helps eliminate software conflicts. Here's how to perform Clean boot.

Run a system file checker scan and check if that helps. Refer the following steps to run SFC scan.
a) Move the mouse pointer to bottom left of the screen where you see preview of start menu and Right-click to bring up a list of Windows settings.
b) Click on ‘Command Prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated command prompt. Note: Click ‘Yes’ if it prompts for permission.
c) In the command prompt type in the following command: ‘sfc /scannow’.
