Well after a few "googled" remedies which didn't work, i thought that i would post the problem here . So , I am aware that many people are having the problem of the loop screen when trying to start windows app store . I am one of the :(. I tried to register manually and tried to run "fix it" from the Microsoft official website. So , anyone who had the same problem and has a solution to it , please reply .
regards,

All right So here it goes,
When ever i try to start windows app store or any other app downloaded from it the startup logo appears in full screen(which is normal) but then after approx 2 seconds it becomes small and appears in the top left corner as in the screenshot and just goes on loading.
It never stops loading...
Will that be all to clearify your doubt?

Hmm is ur version of Windows activated and running fine? and do u have the program for a long time or just suddenly for the time being?
if the problem still persists then try resetting windows store, i'm not sure if ur apps will be retained but.

I've had Apps quit in the past, not all, just a random few. That was with the early preview releases though. Haven't had any such problems in a long while now, knock on wood. I never did sort it out but my hunch was it was due to my video card drivers. They were beta releases too at that time. Have you updated any drivers recently? If you have system restore enabled you could try going back to a restore point before the problem started.

Well i update my video card drivers regularly. And i guess it might be due to that. But my new drivers are pretty helpful so i would n't mind if the appstore is not working rather than rolling back driver.

Well, that did n't help either.I tried running the diagnostic app and its result was 1 hardware changes have been made(which is my display driver), Some files are missing or corrupt and the last one was reset something(which was fixed). After the scan i did update my display driver but it didn't change anything.

After Months of trying every possible solution on the internet i came up with one :) . So for the people facing the same problem as mine here are two quick fix that might help you out.The Following fix helps to Solve the issue related to applications using java-script via Internet explorers settings.(Applications such as Windows AppStore,Skype and Other Windows inbuilt apps like Video,Music and Pictures)
Solution 1 ( The one which worked for me)
As when i had bought the laptop it had come up with a McAfee Anti-Virus for a year.I uninstalled it from the "Uninstall or Change a Program" Tab.Note- This does not clear the settings set by the anti-virus in the browser(Internet Explorer in my case). So even though i turned javascript on manually , it did not change the settings even though it showed it was. So,if you are encountering this problem.Follow these steps-
1)Download The following tool called MCPR or McAfee Product Removal( Download McAfee Consumer Product Removal Tool 7.6.133.0 )This tool completely restores the settings changed by the program to default value. After download is complete.Open the .exe file and just agree with the terms and all that stuff. Finally when it is done.A reboot is required for the changes to take place.Simple as That
Solution 2
This method might most likely work for others. It basicly involves disabling Internet Explorer and enabling it again(as you can not uninstall internet explorer in Win 8.1).So here are the steps

  • Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then clickSearch.)
  • Enter control panel in the search box, and then tap or click Control Panel.
  • Tap or click Programs, and then tap or click Turn Windows features on or off.
  • Clear the check box for Internet Explorer to turn it off, and then tap or click Yes.

Tap or click OK and, when prompted, restart your PC.
This Disables Internet Explorer , To enable it back again do the same method but this time just check the internet explorer box to enable it and reboot your computer.

Cheers.
