Hi, if I use Winrar to zip all files to setup.exe, please show me how to do it. If winrar doesn't work, what other software programs can be used toward that purpose please. I appreciate your assistance.

In your RAR Archiving options, select "Create SFX Archive" SFX = Self Extracting (.exe)

You can select all files you want to archive
right click on the selection
Choose "add to archive"
When the RAR programe opens click on the "Create SFX Archive" so there is a tick in the box
Make any other changes to the compression settings you need.
Click on OK

RAR compression will start

Heres a more detailed example from Youtube

it doesn't work

No, I mean if I have a file names setup.exe and I want to extract it to see how many files in the setup.exe, how can I do that please? The setup.exe will install the program to my computer just for clarification. The setup.exe is a stand-alone program. For example, I downloaded a free program called Malwarebytes anti-malware. It comes as mbam-setup-1.62.0.1300. How can I extract that program please. Thanks.

Well thats a totally different ball game.

You can get something complicated like PE Explorer or you can download a free and popular program like 7-Zip
Once 7-Zip is installed, it will have options added to the context menu. Rright click on file, Choose "OPEN ARCHIVE"This will allow you to see what is in the file in a safe environment.
