Trigger to run another program automatically

When I am watching a movie via Media Player Classic, I would like to use my phone to operate as a remote. So it requires a program loaded, like Unified Remote or the like. Would it be possible to load it automatically and unload it when I exit the movie player?

Make the movie player the main program and your remote utility the ancillary program. It's easy to set up. Just read the Readme.txt.

Edit: Note that I only tested this with desktop type programs. It should work for XP and later. I don't see why it wouldn't work for W8 desktop programs.
