It looks like you have been making some major changes to your initial install. You have a couple of partitions in addition to the normal ones.
But your Recovery Tools registration is not working. We can try a couple of simple things, but it may be more involved.
This will probably not work, but try using these commands in sequence.
reagentc /disable
reagentc /enable
If they do work, you may be set, but the system needs to know where your recovery tools are. They are probably in either the 371 MB or 373 MB recovery partitions. Once you know that, then you might be able to re-register those settings using a version of the command below. But it might end up being very complicated and needing to manually add entries to the BCD store.
reagentc /setreimage /path r:\Recovery\WindowsRE
The path part is where you may have a problem. But you need to find the location of the Winre.wim file which means putting a drive letter on the hidden partition and using that letter with the actual path that shows in the partition. Even if you do that, it might not repair the problem.
Perhaps someone else will know an easier way to repair the situation. Maybe resetting your system back to the factory specs. would be easiest.
