I have used easeus partition manager. I think this has disabled some options. I have 5 OEM partitions on harddisk. Now what should I do?

At your own risk, flash your bios with the latest Bios update, or the same one you are using now. I know this sounds a little weird, but yesterday I had issues after a dumb attempt at refreshing my install, and I couldn't reboot due to start up, I couldn't restore an image. So I took a punt and flashed the Bios with the same bios that was installed and it fixed the issue.

Flashing a BIOS can have risks associated. Please only attempt this if you know what you are doing. First possibly just reset BIOS to defaults and see if it makes a difference.

Its worth a try.

You might get us a picture of your Disk Management window showing all the partitions and descriptions. Attach the snipping tool picture using the paperclip on the advanced replies.

Then open an Admin command prompt and type the following command and insert the results in your next post.

reagentc /info

It looks like you have been making some major changes to your initial install. You have a couple of partitions in addition to the normal ones.

But your Recovery Tools registration is not working. We can try a couple of simple things, but it may be more involved.

This will probably not work, but try using these commands in sequence.

reagentc /disable
reagentc /enable

If they do work, you may be set, but the system needs to know where your recovery tools are. They are probably in either the 371 MB or 373 MB recovery partitions. Once you know that, then you might be able to re-register those settings using a version of the command below. But it might end up being very complicated and needing to manually add entries to the BCD store.

reagentc /setreimage /path r:\Recovery\WindowsRE

The path part is where you may have a problem. But you need to find the location of the Winre.wim file which means putting a drive letter on the hidden partition and using that letter with the actual path that shows in the partition. Even if you do that, it might not repair the problem.

Perhaps someone else will know an easier way to repair the situation. Maybe resetting your system back to the factory specs. would be easiest.

With Windows 8, I cannot predict. If something were to go wrong, you would not have the automatic repair, I assume.

Do you have a recovery drive you could boot to in case of problems?

Have you tried to repair it using the commands?
