    Clock Watchdog

I keep getting Clock Watchdog Timeout and it is pretty annoying because the only way to get rid of that pesky blue screen is to turn the power strip off and then my clock, printer, TV, lamp and everything goes off. Is there a problem with my CPU or drivers??

I have already restored to Feb. 15th but not sure that is the answer. If it's a driver it will happen again. Sometimes for no special reason, my computer is very loud... is it the fan? Than other times it is quiet. I'm still on warranty so I need to find out now.

If the BSOD forum can't fix this (unlikely, those folks are sharp) then since it's still under warranty, backup all your data then return it for service. You should not be having this problem.

It's a normal stop error like millions of people get. Just have to fix drivers.

My computer is ASUS and I've written to them about this. It sometimes takes them a long time to respond though.

That sounds like a good fix. How do I fix the drivers?

Anyone know how to put a clock on the start screen? Either as a metro tile of a part of the wallpaper. Seems strange to have to go to the desktop or lock the computer to see what time it is!
