please help me bro ! my windows 8.1 cant shut down. the indication is, if i plug my flashdisc it can't be detected. if that thing happen, my windows 8.1 will not shut down !

Your FLASH DISK HAS A VIRUS!!!!!!!
You have to reinstall windows or maybee try to refresh or get a good antivirus and go to safe mode then make afull system scan(APPLY THAT ISSAFE MODE IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THAT VIRUS)

sound more like a hardware issue with the flashdrive ,,do you have more than one flashdrive ,if so does it do this will all flashdrive that you connect ,if you only have one flashdrive ,then stop trying to use it and get another one to try
