Do you have a restore point prior to installing autocad? You could restore to there.

If you refresh it won't ask for a key but it will take you back to windows 8 unless you made a custom refresh point after upgrading.

well the only thing is that your apps from windows store will be kept. makes no difference though. its better if u go for a clean install. but i'm not guarenteeing ur license. if there are any other doubts feel free to post !

    best of luck ,

Both will reset your PC back to windows 8. Both will remove any programs you have installed.

Refresh will keep your documents and files etc and your store apps, remove all will not keep this.

Pretty much as it says on the description below

If its an upgrade, all programs still installed, I'll do it. If its a refresh probably not (yes it keeps the installed apps but that's not any help.) If its a complete reinstall, no way. Anyone know what the plan is?

win 8 won't let me no matter what I try to do to remove folders from the win8 install. Old install folder. I can't remove the regedit file from it. I think I have to boot Linux and mount a drive to do what I need. What can I do to fix this besides linux. Format and go back to windows 7?
