With all your partitioning problems, would be worth doing a clean install with the Lenovo Recovery disks.

C is running out of free space

Seems like a lot of complex programs for your PC with 4G of memory. Photoshop itself takes 1G of memory and that is for Elements 8 which I run, newer versions probably take more and Autocad may take even more. Are any of these programs in the start-up menu?

Suggest you uninstall the high consumption programs and see where you are. You could also have some compatibility issues with versions running on 8.1 which would not be uncommon with 8.1. Do you have a decent uninstall program like Revo Uninstaller to do a better job of uninstall as opposed to Control Panel Uninstall?

You might consider listing all the programs that are currently installed including Virus/Malware programs. If your PC was already sluggish before the Autocad install it is possible you had some issues beforehand.

How did you get 8.1?, install yourself, upgrades via the store? You might consider posting a screenshot showing Disk Manager and look and Memory allocation in Task Manager. Is your PC generating errors in Event Viewer?

Suggest you uninstall Autocad and work at optimizing from that point. If you upgraded to 8.1 from the MS Store it is very likely you have some issues as a result because many have. Some issues may be minor and possibly some not so minor. Updated drivers has been a common issue after upgrading to 8.1. Installing a complex program like AutoCAD could magnify small conflicts. I had some minor issues to work through after the Store 8.1 upgrade. With no recovery disks you might be somewhat limited with recovery options.

i'll try making a recovery point from here and refresh pc
if it works well after refresh i'll upgrade to 8.1 then make it my refresh point , if not i'll restore my this recovery point and try to optimize it

Recovery Point? Are you referring to Restore Point? Restore Point does not have anything to do with the Refresh Function as these are two different processes. You might see if you have a Restore Point already there from before the Autocad install because sometimes Restore Points are automatically generated by the system.

As for PC Refresh, make sure you thoroughly understand what happens with the Refresh Option. I am not 100% sure but I believe I have read that depending on the make/model the Refresh Option was compromised after a MS Store upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 and resulted in missing files needed to complete the Refresh without having a Recovery Disk to insert to recover some missing files. You might also consider creating your own Custom Refresh Image (You can google Custom Refresh Image or search this Forum as there is plenty of info and tutorials as well. It is the recimg utility) You want to make sure you can at least to get back to where you are now. Considering you didn't create your own Recovery Media after purchase you might want to order a Recovery Disk Set before you proceed further then you will be ready for just about anything.

Have you tried uninstalling Autocad to see how the system performs?
