Re: Samsung Laptop 365E%C-SO5US. The problem developed when I tried to do a simple restore, following the instructions to a "T", I was met with this: Recovery A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error code Oxc0000185, You'll need to use the recovery tool on you installation media. I you don't have...........etc. I succeeded in acquiring a recovery disk from Samsung. Didn't work and kept going back to that Recovery statement. Now at the bottom of that statement are options; Press enter to try again, Press F8 for startup settings and Press Esc for UEFI firmware settings. The first two led me back to the recovery screen again and the last one, I got some results, but weird I put the Recovery disk back in and started the unit and for some reason, it started to work and when it restarted itself during the install it went back to that recovery page, so I just kept restarting and finally, I got the recovery page again, so I hit the Esc. key and got the Aptio Setup Utility which has four tabs and under the Exit tab, there is a Windows Boot Manager (PO: Hitachi HTS547550A9E384) I highlighted that line (it's in white) and hit enter and I get the Samsung logo with the circular dots going around and around get the Samsung scene with he space needle, hit enter again, and get the sign-in box and I can sign in and access that way over and over again. I know it's not right, so what's going on and how can I make it right?

Write smaller paragraphs please. :)

Big ones are hard to read.

Thank you.

My friend this is one paragraph. In the future, I would humbly request that if you cannot offer an answer to my problem, take your personal observations to another location. The one you offer now is non-productive.

So, basically you're telling me that you don't understand what I wrote, right?

He may not know the answer to your problem.

However, he has offered advice as to how you might pose your request in a way more likely to get a response from somebody who may have the answer.

He is trying to be helpful.

Usually, someone would respond with a question, or to further explain, or they don't understand. His response is not worded that way but rather a critique on paragraphs. It would have been more productive, although a bit harsh if he would just say. "I don't understand what you are trying to say." Here we have written several posts and I haven't gotten anywhere on my problem More to the point, please.
