Windows 8.1 Update has made my pc almost unusable.

    Windows 8.1 Update has made my pc almost unusable.

    Hi, Since i updated to 8.1 i get a blue screen that overlays my desktop, and a gray taskbar with the windows button is there on the right side of my screen and i looked in event viewer and this is what i get i do not know what to do about this or how to fix it..

    hello,and welcome to eightforums . it looks like CryptoProvider.dll is at fault ,it belongs to Kaspersky Internet Security ,I would try uninstalling it and reboot the computer to see if it happens again ,then maybe reinstall Kaspersky .good luck
