Partition Problem

On my Windows 8.1 laptop I installed Linux as a dual boot. After a mounth or two I couldn't boot to windows so I did a complete re-install of Windows. After that I couldn't boot to Linux. So I tried to reinstal but because I have a now corrupted Linux partition it wants me to run Grub boot repair which I wasn't able to do. Now I want to remove the Linux partition, remake it and then Install Linux again. I'm not sure which partition to remove so here's a screenshot of my partitions. I'd like to remove everything except my primary C and my restore D. I son't know what the others are
