Not really following you. You are stating that no other smartphones or computers will connect to the router, unless your computer is connected.
What is the manufacturer & model of the router, who is your ISP.

Your going to have to post a more detailed description of your problem than that. What is your router connected to too get Internet? Is that device connected to the WAN port of the router? How are the other PC's connected to the router, wired or wireless? Do they not connect to the router or do they just not get Internet?

I'm still not totally following what you said? You need to break that one run on sentence up with some punctuation. Is this a new router that you are setting up for the first time? Is the network password protected?

It sounds like your laptop may be running in a hotspot mode and your other devices are actually connecting to the laptop. Turn the laptop on and turn the router off. Then see if another device connects to your wireless network.

There must be a hotspot utility running on it. You'll have to find it and turn it off. This type of utility lets you share your internet connection with other devices. It basically turns your laptop into a wireless router/repeater. There is likely an Icon for it in the notifications area down next to the clock on the taskbar. I'd look there first.

Did you actually find it? I'd have a look at your owners manual to see if it's mentioned there. If it is there should be instructions on how to turn it off. Have a look at the tiles on your Start Screen including the All Apps screen.

Check the settings for your wireless adapter. Another option is to change the name of your wireless network on the router. Then leave your laptop off and connect your other devices to the new network. Then connect with the laptop last.
