Windows 8 tiles/programs do not open upon clicking

I installed programs called vaultClient by SourceGear, Mumble (a chat client) on my machine, needed to do a reboot. After rebooting, the Start interface show up with all the tiles and what have you, but clicking into Desktop rendered nothing, clicking any of the program tiles, nothing. Going into Apps and trying to open programs, nothing.....I can't do anything but look at the Start interface, but when clicking on my machineName icon to Sign out, that works.

Have you tried uninstalling the Program and restarting?

No, I cannot click into anything, I can login , then when I see the Start interface with all the tiles, I cannot click any of the tiles to open programs or desktop. It's useless, even tho I see the tiles running their current Weather and Stock feeds; the only thing I can do is clicking on my profilepicIcon to either "Lock" , or "Sign Out"

Have you tried this, {If you can Search with the charms bar.},



or:

Press Win Key + R to open RUN.
Type in:

WSReset.exe

& click ok.

Also are you able to press:
:winkey: + X < will bring up the administrator menu - If that works please bring up administrator command prompt with:
:winkey: + A

Then type in the following:

SFC /Scannow

This will take sometime afterward; restart and try again.

After running sfc, run:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

in elevated command prompt.

It hangs on 20% for a long time & suddenly completes.
Reboot.

Run sfc again.
