You Can't Add Features to this Version of Win 8.1 ANYMORE

Please help! I tried to use my license key to Add Features to Windows 8.1 but then I got that message.

It didn't say that when I first did it!

No install files needed.
Only the Upgrade key is need.

Here's my question: Why am I getting this:

When before I used to get this:

Add features is DISABLED.

ENABLE add features

I think he is talking about the "Add features to Windows 8.1" which is an item in the Control Panel, not "Turn features on or off", which is under the "Programs and features" heading in the control panel??
Backwardsbashan, maybe this will help, it seems like it is a bug on some installations.
