Hello Shawn-

Thank you for your response. You have provided me with useful, helpful information but, regrettably, I think your first sentence summarizes my problem: "While you can't move them around how you like, you could select to sort by name, date installed, most used, and category."

Here's the problem:

Under the Lenovo apps there is a folder "Games".

Under Desktop there are folders "Wild Tangent Games" and "Game Arcade" and also a shortcut to "Angry Birds".

Under Games there are shortcuts to two games.

Under Valve there are shortcuts to two games.

Under Wild Tangent Games there is a shortcut to "Play Games".

It was my hope that somehow I would be able to create a single folder in which all the games in the computer would be listed. As was the case with Windows 7. It is a bit of a challenge to figure out where to find any given game.

So, although I appreciate your help, it seems I'm asking the impossible.

I suppose that you could pick one of the game folders to copy all the game shortcuts into, then delete the others.
