Could you elaborate on the process you used to create Windows To Go?

More than likely if the system is not bootable the creation process was not completed successfully.

Are you using a Certified USB Drive? Since this is an unaltered freshly created system it won't hurt to try the process once more.

Aomei Partition Assistant has a Windows To Go Creator Wizard to help with the process.

The system was created about 1 months ago. I used unCertified USB driver.
The process is:running cmd as administrator and type
DISKPART
list disk
select disk 2
Clean
Create partition Primary
format FS=NTFS
Active Assign
exit
dism /apply-image /imagefile:h:\sources\install.wim /index:1 /applydir:f:\
bcdboot F:\windows /s F: /F /all

I try
sfc /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows /scannow and windows recovery found no error

You need to create the image using an ISO. If you attempt to copy files from the Directory Windows is currently using it will not copy all the required files.

Scan the USB drive using chkdsk /r from an elevated command prompt.

Make a fresh copy of the Windows 8 Enterprise Disc. Try again.

Chkdsk found no error.

I use my classic manner (cmd) and create windows to go and works perfectly.
Now i have one more question, how to disable chkdsk on the windows to go?
