Windows 8.1 - Explorer Crashes then Restarts

I have a problem that started yesterday. Every 30 seconds Windows Explorer (not the browser) crashes, then restarts. I run Xmarks within FireFox, I thought this was the problem because Xmarks as of yesterday asks me every 40 seconds if I want to sync my bookmarks, if I choose cancel, Windows Explorer will crash then restart.

When Firefox is closed, Explorer continues to crash and restart, almost every 30-35 seconds. I have Windows 8.1 up to date, with all the latest updates, FireFox is up to date. As of writting this post, Windows Explorer has crashed and restarted (5) times.

I disabled XMarks add-on within FireFox, the crashes continue to happen. I had one malware virus, that is removed, the problem continues.

Another program I use is hinting at securitymanager.dll ? I'm trying to find a solution, this is frustrating.

Uninstall Webroot from the Control Panel then restart. Once complete, Download & Run the Webroot utility CleanWDF.exe.

After you have finished test the system to see how it performs.

After nearly :20 minutes of using the computer, I haven't experienced the problem, that is the good news. The problem was WebRoot, I assume I do a clean install, and move this problem over to the Web Root forums if it persists (crossing fingers), unless you have any information you want to share ?
