hi there i want to ask is there anyway to disable SuperFetch permanently
it re-enables almost every day not sure if something else like tune up enables it
i know its used to colect information about started programs so the next time they can start faster but i dont really see any difference with or without it so i dont really like it and it actualy makes my disk usage go to 100%

Hit Winkey + r to get Run box
type services.msc and hit <Enter>
Stop Superfetch and set it to Disabled.

Run your tweak program.
Go back into services to see if it was restarted.
Repeat until you find what starts it.
Attempt to change the setting in the tweaker to leave Superfetch alone.

If the program has no option to ignore Superfetch then I would check for a support forum for that software.

well the thing is that sometimes it leaves it for 2-3 days disabled but sometimes it re-enables it
i never stop tuneup it runs in the background for the automatic 1-click maintaince
at the moment SuperFetch is still disabled

btw for windows 8/8.1 users we can right click the start menu and select computer management to go to services :p

Try the "tuneup" publishers. They should know what their software does.
