Its super hard to type and do almost anything! videos minimize themselves and im hating it! i ran malware, spybot, scannow and theres nothing except some problems in spybot but i got it fixed hoping that it will help but nothing its not back to normal!

Do you have a Restore Point dated before the installs? Assuming you have the product key and can reinstall those two programs I would uninstall them one at a time. Check if the symptom disappears. If not then I'd try the restore point if available.

Edit: It may also be a good idea to look at the Programs and Features(Winkey-x top of the menu) in chronological order. Some small utility may not be malware. It could just have a bad bug. Process of elimination may pick it off uninstalling those installed about the same time as the two programs you mentioned.

If you press Winkey and x key it pops up a menu. On top is Programs and Features.. in XP this was called Uninstall. If you click the Date Installed column it will sort by date. One at a time if you uninstall programs close to the date the problem started, then try how the system reacts, you may be able to track down which program is doing it.. if that is in fact the cause.
