how can I disable narrator in windows 8.1

I use ([FONT=WOL_Reg]Windows logo key* + Enter) to toggle between full/window in a game I play. Today when I used that shortcut it turned on the narrator. How can I disable that annoying narrator for good.[/FONT]

hello ,open charms bar ,go settings /change pc settings /in settings go to ease of access ,in there go to narrator and turn it off

Or ... Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Ease of Access Center -> Explore all Settings -> Use the computer without a display.

Uncheck the checkbox by Turn on Narrator and click Save.
