To Keep, or Not To Keep Metro?

    The icons don't magically jump all over the damned place and need rearranged every time that happens.
    My one Icon that I have on the desktop can jump - that does not bother me.

    Really? Can you customize the tiles for the non-metro apps? They looks like of bland next to the metro ones. If so, please point me to some info on how to do this... I tried but couldn't seem to find a way to do it.
