Can't log into my new brand tablet with Windows 8

    Hello,
I just bought an Asus VivoTab smart (ME400C) brand new, I plugged for 8 hours and when I turn it on the screenshot that I uploaded came, so it asks me for the username and password, which I didnít create, I called the seller, they told me it was packed so no one used it before. I called Asus and they told me they can send me a device to reset it but if I am in USA, I am not, I will be traveling for a long while and they donít have Asus support where I am.
The tablet comes with Windows 8. I tried to connect an USB Keyboard and press F9 while is booting so I can access the menu and reset the computer but it didnít work, I guess it recognizes the keyboard after the booting, and because it doesnít have a keyboard is not possible to do it.
I tried to hold the volume + power bottom and I can access the setup of the tablet but it doesnít help either. Any ideas what can I try to solve this problem?

    Thank you very much

I did and I can choose between Local Domain or Microsoft account, but the problem is I didn't create any account yet. It doesn't ask me to create an account.

Choose a Microsoft account & see what happens.

I add: I tried with a keyboard and even thought is recognized when booting even if I press F9 the menu doesn't come.

David Bailey, I tried as well with Microsoft account and the problem still the same.

    Any other idea?

    Thanks

I found the way, when you are in the login page, if you don't have a keyboard you press left Shift buttom, then you go to the icon of shutting down, holding shift you press there and then you select reboot, it will ask you if you want to re-format your computer.
