:cry: O.K. I'm on my 6th new hard drive! Here is what happened, I installed 2 Brand new 1tb hard drives to my computer! So my goal was to start windows 8 from scratch (not hacked like my other drives), so they are installed and I got a Brand new Windows 8 disk loaded it to my C: hard drive and low and behold I found a Windows.old file on my new hard drive???? Now I don't know how it got there (cause that's where my SPY resides) but it is! So I searched the internet for ways to delete Windows.old even in Admin. I can't...!!! So I'm on my knees for someone to explain how this could happen and finally get rid of my problem!!! All the one's I tried for Windows 8 and 8.1 didn't do the trick!
Thanks in advance!

Option Three was for to delete it in a command prompt at boot. That should have been able to delete it since it's outside of Windows.

In that case, see if you may be able to use the free program Unlocker to delete it.

Considering that, you're most likely going to need to reinstall Windows 8. :(

What do you mean by "spy person"? Are you saying you were hacked??

What are you using to reinstall Windows 8 with, and where did you get it from?

He/She made it saying access denied! I had to use heady duty shredder type software to clean hard drive, but he also partitioned the drive and I had a heck of a time trying to erase them took 3 different softwares to do it!!! Now how can I tell if he/she is not hiding still in back-groung of my 1tb hard drives? I have 2 different hard drives and only used 1 for the "New Hard Drives" and yet somehow he/she got on both hard drives!!! How can I find where he/she is hiding? Can they hide in my e-mail acct.?:cry:

The only thing I might think of, is if you had a root or boot logger virus that infects the computer's bio files, you might check this out by Kaspersky;
