Solved go back to windows 7

I have tried my best to like windows 8 and it's not going to happen. I want 7 back. This is a new computer, so I never had 7 on it. I see free downloads when I look, but need to know a safe place to go and the best way to do it.

You will need to purchase Windows 7. There are no legal free retail Windows 7 available unless the manufacturer of your PC provides one as a downgrade option, but will probably still cost something.

Keep windows 8, just download Classic Shell. This will give you the look and feel of 7 but with all the benefits of windows 8. I personal use Start8 from Stardock. It's has a 30 day free trial and then purchase...it's only $5. Well worth it, I prefer it to Classic Shell.

I have downloaded Classic Shell, it helps, but doesn't change the games feature for one thing.

In classic shell you can add the games to that menu if that's what your talking about. Try Start8, it's more configurable like windows 7 is. Classic shell is not so user friendly configurable but can be done...just a pita.
