I recently purchased a new Dell laptop that, unfortunately, came with Windows 8. I immediately installed Classic Shell to make the system minimally useable. I uploaded some photos from my camera and the "library" system screwed them all up, creating hundreds of folders, only three of which contained photos. I deleted all of the photos, files, and folders but the photos still show up in the rotating photo tile on the "Metro" screen. The photo "library" is empty and I didn't authorize the system to store them anywhere else. Does anyone know where these are being stored? Any suggestions on how to fix this design defect? Thanks for your help!
