Computer completely freezes when gaming

    Windows 8.1 Pro


    I might be pushed to believe that, since this PSU I got has been running for 2 years of some pretty heavy gaming and it's only 650W, but given that I have no other power supply to test on it's pretty complicated to really confirm whether it is in fact the PSU or not.
    Right now I checked the CPU pins just to make sure none were bent or damaged and they were all in perfect condition.

    Dude, your ram timings are wrong. That's the problem Your ram timings should match the 800MHz. CPU-Z SPD tab. They don't and are set wrong. The setting's in CPU-z's Memory tab are what your current ram timings are in the uefi. Write down the 800MHZ. setting's from the CPU-z SPD tab and set your uefi ram timings to those. They should be 9.0 - 9- 9 -24- 41- 2T. Not 11.0- 11- 11- 28- 41.

    Was decreased by 9.0 9 9 24 41 try cpu for stuttering event.

    MY MISTAKE. It's the 667MHz. settings you need to use. Not the 800MHz. ones. Use 9.0 - 9 -9 -24 - 34
