Asus service delayed load affects color asus color service

So i purchased a new laptop which is great except for something, after i login and use it something happens to the color and i want to find out if there is a way to know which services or programs start

I searched google to find a way to tell me when services or programs start with no luck

I have went into services and startup and disabled all that was familiar to me and still this color enhancer thing just does it without my permission lol

I would try Sysinternals Autoruns:

Go to the "Everything" tab and look for things Asus related. Uncheck them and hit save. Restart and see if the problem goes way. If it does, enable the stuff you disabled one at a time until you find the culprit.

Note: You need to run Autoruns as administrator but right-clicking and selecting to run as Admin.

If you don't want to search through the Everything tab, you will probably find what you're looking for under the Logon, Scheduled Tasks, boot execute and Services folders Tabs.
