Windows explorer, everything is under "Desktop"?

Click image for larger version As you can see from the picture I included, my windows explorer seems to be messed up somehow (at least I think that's not normal). I am not sure what is going on, isn't everything supposed to be under "This PC"? Classic shell doesn't fix it either. Any help would be appreciated.

Check under your setting VIEW/ Setting/ navigation pane. just set mine to show all folders and it put the desktop on top! So uncheck yours to go back to everything under this pc
    BTW I am using ClassicShell
