White page on desktop short-cuts

I restarted my computer today, and was faced with this?

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Let's try a few things in successive order.
- right click on the desktop and hit 'Refresh', or
- delete the icons and create new ones by navigating to the appropriate Programs folder, right clicking on the appropriate programs icon creating a desktop shortcut, or
- purge and rebuild the icon cache: Open File Explorer > Folder Options > Views to show Hidden System Files. Next, go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local folder and delete the hidden IconCache.db file. Reboot...

This didn't seem to work :( But Thank you!
