Go here & test your Shockwave & Flash versions:

Adobe - Test Adobe Shockwave Player

    Shockwave has a new update.

The latest Flash is version 11.9.900.170

There is a beta version for IE (12.0.0.39) available too.

Download Flash Player 12.0.0.39 Beta (IE) - FileHippo.com

Use a beta at your own risk.

In IE 11 under Tools be sure "ActiveX Filtering" is NOT checked. If it is checked a lot of flash sites won't work.
