An update wrecked my ipcam working-which update

I am on a new windows 8 computer and my ip camera was working ok but now I get this error

A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has

I think an update caused the problem, The question is which one? I have included a screen shot of installed programs namely the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable. Which update needs to go from these?
I have 64bit

It's pretty much a process of elimination unless you can find a bug report specific to an update. You can try 2 options. Roll back to before the last batch of updates if you have the restore point. The other is uninstall one by one until you get the behavior back.
