Always get a RunDLL error when I launch Windows 8.1...

This issue just happened to me recently , every time I boot up Windows 8.1 I get a RunDDL error. Now I have done some research to see what is causing all this , and apparently I had a malware on my computer , so the reason this error keeps popping out is because it's looking for the file that has been removed. Now my question to you is how can this be fixed. I have an image provided below with the error message.

UPDATE : I was able to solve it all I had to do was the following steps:

    1.)Download CCleaner
    2.) Run Cleaner
3.) Go To Tools > Start Up > Remove The File.

Yep, see you can tell by what the error says: the location of the item. NO executables should ever run from your TEMP folder, unless it is a virus or piece of Malware.

Sometimes certain program updates run from there, but they never leave residue, they are deleted once the run. But a program that continually wants to run from "Temp" is not a valid program.

    Thanks for the explanation.

A quick Googling reveals that the dll in question is related to the Conduit search malware. you should do a scan of your system to make sure everything is cleaned up.

Conduit in itself is OK, just the particular Toolbar it is connected to. I use Conduit for a number of things, but some vapid virus makers have taken it over.

    Fixing of rundll error

If you are getting rundll error when you are starting computer then you can fix rundll error from following some steps.

Go to start and then open control panel and then open add or remove programs from the control panel. Remove the Bluetooth Authentication Agent from the program list and then restart the computer.

You can also update driver for removing of the rundll error.
