I have both Windows 8 and Windows 7 installed.

Is it normal that when I Run Windows 8, I can access 'Windows 7' partiton, but it seems there's no 'Windows 8' partitions while running Windows 7?

Just curious...

No, not in my case lol. Both Windows 7 and Windows 8 can see each other's partitions but with a different drive letter. Windows 8 reads my Windows 7 partition as drive D:, whilst Windows 7 reads my Windows 8 partition as drive F:

Just check your drives individually to make sure.

Possible solution

First post was a long time ago, so I don't know its useful for Mirac7, but it may be for others reading this thread.
At login win7 / win8 swap driveletters for the systemdrive, as Vertex stated.
In my case in win7 there was no drive letter asigned to the win8 drive. To correct this start partition manager in win7 and assign a drive letter to the win8 drive, restart win7 and win8 wil be visible.
