Windows sudden freeze

Hi guys..need help for this...my laptop jut bought 2weeks ago..recently I found it will freeze if I'm not using it for around 15min ...and I can't do anything...I can move my mouse but can't click ...the only choice is to hard reset...I have updated everything to latest...need expert to help me troubleshoot..thanks

Could there of been a touch button on the trachpad to disable the mouse? I did that with one of my laptops and I thought it was broken lol. If it's a full freeze it could be faulty ram, hdd, etc if that's the case take it back and get a new one.
