Hello Kayawish, and welcome to Eight Forums.

You have a lot of Windows shortcuts that cannot be repaired when looking at your SFC details. Luckily, they are only shortcuts.

Did you already run the DISM command in the blue Note box at the end of Step 3 Option Two in the SFC tutorial below, then see if SFC may be able to repair them afterwards?

SFC /SCANNOW Command - Run in Windows 8

    Hope this helps for now,
    Shawn

Try SFC a couple of more times with a restart after each time if you haven't already to see if it may be able to repair them afterwards.

If not, then luckily you only have shortcuts that cannot be repaired, so you would only need to manually recreate the affected shortcuts listed (Option Three) attached below from their source.

Please go ahead and post a screenshot showing what you are seeing in the "This PC" (Computer) window, and a screenshot showing the full layout in Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) to see if this may help to ID the issue.

Well, the hard drive all have letters assigned to them.

Does restarting the PC allow the "This PC" window to work properly afterwards?

If not, then you might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before you had these issues may be able to help.

Looks like it may be time to refresh Windows.

Be sure to back up anything that you do not want to lose first to be safe.
