Multiple Taskbar Pinned Programs Query

Hi there,
Apologies if this is something that's been asked numerous times, or if its something that's glaringly obvious in the windows 8.1 menus - but here goes:-

I'm trying to set up my multiple monitors in 8.1.

I would like to be able to have different programs pinned to each monitor, i.e. display 1's taskbar would have calculator, chrome, and utorrent pinned to it, and then display 2's taskbar would have download folder, wow, xbmc, etc pinned to it.

For the life of me I cant seem to have individual programs pinned to each display - its either have all of the same pinned programs on both taskbar, or none on the extended taskbar.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Well that's disappointing - it seems odd that they'd add all this new multiple monitor customisation, yet leave out something as trivial as individual taskbar options :(

Any other info on this would be appreciated - I tried display fusion and wasn't a fan. Anyone found a solution ?
