Horizontal Line Separator Windows Explorer Navigation Bar

I have this dark horizontal line that appears in windows explorer every time I'm in a window, It appears right at the bottom of the navigation bar, its not glaring though, just that its distracting and every time I hover around it, I See the "move" cursor which doesn't do anything. How do I get rid of this line please? It was never there as at the last time I restarted my PC.

    Hello Feyisayo,

Please go ahead and post a screenshot showing this to see if it may help ID the issue.
For now, do you have the latest video driver installed?

Does refreshing (F5) or jiggling the window help any?

Thank you so much Brink! I don't have access to internet on my pc right now so I'm sending this from a mobile which doesn't support the editor that inserts pictures into posts, so what I did was take a screenshot on my pc then sent it to my phone and then uploaded it to my dropbox, so here's a link to the screenshot " https://db.tt/Jade6jcL " please pardon me.

If you zoom in on the picture, you'll notice where I've got the "Move" cursor in that window, that's exactly where I keep seeing the line. Its a very feint horizontal line which wasn't there before, and I never had the option of even seeing or using the "Move" cursor before this happened.

I have also tried restarting explorer, restarting my pc, refreshing and jiggling the window but it doesn't work. Please help me

    Thanks!

It appears that it's an adjustable border line.

Since you are using a custom skin, it may be part of that. Did you install a program like Classic Shell that it could be from as well?

Haha, actually I hate custom skins, all I did to tweak my desktop was change my icons with stardock's icon packager and Punk Lab's rocketdock, I'm not using any skin pack at the moment at all. This just started today.

Oh Thanks! I do a lot of modding for my Pc's UI which I try so hard to make look exactly like OS X. But here's what I'll do, I can create a text file of procedures on how I came about that look of my pc, but how do I get them sent to you?
