Has anyone else noticed that on the latest Win 7 TV commercial they show the Win 8 Metro screen?

Is it a sign of things to come? Is Microsoft the new BIG BROTHER? :huh: I'm scared...

MS has been the big brother for a long, long time. They can remote kill an app on a mobile device and are in the process of transitioning to win 8. Yes it is a metro screen, or the future as MS would like it to be.

Extreme lack of humor? Not if you are visiting the boards that I am In the non "chillout" sections, there is more serious discussion, but the majority of members have great senses of humor, and it shows quite often. A Guy

I don't see why people alternate between "Metro", "those tiles" and "Immersive". There is honestly no need(unless you're a computer newbie).

actually lumia does not have metroUI but it's similar to it.

That is called the Windows Phone 7. That is where the Start Screen came from because it's such an easy and simple and beautiful interface, Microsoft couldn't just keep it to the phone!
Honestly though, if you get the chance to upgrade your phone or if it percolates your interest,
