Have you checked for active waketimers? My apologies if this has already been suggested:

    Attachment 30758
Ok, just checked via command prompt, says no active wake timers.
    Thanks.

Ok, back to a command prompt and try this one:

    powercfg lastwake

    One more thing,

If you are in some sort of hibernate or sleep state, make sure that you have this option unchecked to keep it from waking you laptop or PC at the preset time. Alternatively, you could just change that time to somewhere in the middle of the day, just to see if it stops your waking issue in the middle of the night.

Run taskschd.msc and check for scheduled tasks? Sorry if you've already tried this also. Here are mine for comparison:

Ok... seems I have a bunch of those scheduled tasks.
Can I merely disable them all to try...???
    Thanks

Edit: Well, I've disabled some, changed the time on some others... guess we'll know tonight... so long as I remember to hibernate and not just shut down.

Thanks for the help... much appreciated.

OK, my comparison was intended only for you to compare yours to mine because I do not have any issues; however, I really did not intend it to be suggestive as to what to enable or disable. Anyway, let's hope you made some good choices on you own. Good luck.
