'Send To' Missing on All Programs - Windows 8

The 'Send To' folder and short cuts are present in user > default and username > AppData but when you right click on anything within All Programs, the 'Send To' option is not available.

I'm using Stardock Start8 software. The company has no idea what the cause is. I also use Start8 on another W8 machine and the 'Send To' option works fine.

Any ideas how to fix appreciated.

You might see if the tutorial below may be able to restore the "Send to" context menu for you. It applies to Windows 8 as well.

Is "Send to" only missing in "All Programs", or everywhere?

Apologies for the delay Brink. "Send to" is missing only on All Programs.

@Juice370: Hmmm... seeing as how 'All Programs' are located in two places, that could be the cause but still doesn't explain why it works on your other machine! Curious! Let us know if you find a fix!

The only thing I can think of is that it may be some setting in Start8 that could be affecting this.
