as shown in my picture I have the folder "Download master" and "Eltima Software" can be seen via program "flash decompiler" where as under windows explorer it doesn't show it. on rightside you can see I disable all hidden system files, enable show hidden files, I have also tried to type in directory path on the top of window explorer and nothing works, although I'd assume cmd will work and will show under dir but thats not what I want.

I have also searched net can't find any information about this Download Master folder and its around 2MB in size and frustrated not sure what it's for.

I will need help on how to see these folders or possibly any other similar folders/files in my computer and please do not tell me how it's only 2MB and I should just ignore it, as I want a solution, thank you.

Windows 8's default doesn't show all folders. Go to "folder options" and at the bottom is the navigation pane options, check "show all folders" then OK. That should do the trick for you if I understand you correctly.

I have that checked but thats for folder expansions I believe. also I have went under cmd into roaming directory and use command dir and its not showing anything. perhaps there are other commands under cmd to show hidden folders but I donno all the commands and I'd like to have this solved under window explorer..

I think you're looking in the wrong place. Go to Control Panel, click on Folder Options, then click on View.
Be sure you're at the top of the list (scroll bar all the way to the top).

Click the Radio Button that says "Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

That should do it for you.

no offense, but first poster obviously got confused and not know what each options do for window explorer, 2nd poster just told me to do something I've already done which was included in my image, on 1st post. window forums 7 and 8 use to be so much better, now this make me feels like a complete waste of time posting here for help.

I understand and am glad you are trying to assist me in solving my problem, but please do be technical and efficient, thank you.

No offense but you are asking about particularities of an obscure program and expecting everybody to know about it. Aren't there some settings on that app for temporary and download folders ? It is possible for programs to hide their stuff even from Windows. If there's no settings in that program, it is not worth it's price even if it is free. I wouldn't use a program that does not fully disclose what it is doing to the system and where every bit of it is, who knows what other nasty staff it is doing to the computer.

if people don't have solutions probably just better off not saying anything, save everyone trouble, and I do know you are trying to help
