User rights broken in my SkyDrive documents

I wanted to start using SkyDrive after it was installed with the 8.1 update. I added a picture to the picture folder, then wanted to add a text file to the documents folder, but the app said I had no rights saving something into it. I looked into the Explorer and when I would do right click, add file/folder, it showed just an "sudo/admin" symbol (attached a picture). Whats going on here? I did a right click on the documents folder and checked the user rights, though I didnt change anything, and it looked normal to me (attached that one too).

Windows 8 Enterprise User Rights question in User Accounts and Family Safety
We normally do not give our internal users Administrator rights to their PCs. With Windows 8, there are a ton of things they can't do (unless they have Admin rights) including add a Network Printer. That's a big deal in our testing right now. Power Users, a legacy from XP, doesn't actually do...
