    Will create a new user to test if that fixes things on the new user.

    I do not have that specific reference in my registry. Can you please post yours so I can make sure we are comparing apples-to-apples?

    How about download a trial version of Windows 8 Manager from Yamicsoft:
    Optimize Windows, Tweak Windows, Repair Windows, Clean Windows, Speed Up Windows - Yamicsoft
    And run as shown in the screen shot below:

    "@=hex" parts?

    I don't know how to search/visually browser for identical things on my registry.

    Everything else is the same, I just need to confirm the hex parts.

    Google search terms bring up nothing useful (thanks Google, for destroying literal searches two years ago).

    Thanks. I tried it and it claimed "fixed", but right after and then after a reboot, the problem persists.
