Possible? Possibly, but we're certainly not going to help you write a virus.

    hi my friends
it is like a virus as all of you said but it is not my destiny
i have a little brother that when i want to come out home , he forces me that he only want to play games in pc
but i know that he will come to my drive and see the films and pictures that are not good for his age
i did everything to stop him but non of them worked
so i want to bind a software into pics and films that when he open them , the program runs and take film from his works

Instead of binding exe to every single file, you can set your user password and create a standard user for him; then you can block files/folders that you do not want him access.
